SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Non-licensed forensic or data recovery items are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse normally within two business days of the order.

Licensed forensic or data recovery items require a minimum of 3 additional business days for license processing.

Please allow 10-14 business days for any order that requires delivery, 14-30 days for deliveries outside the continental United States. Contact Investigators Anywhere if you experience delays longer than normal delivery times.

By purchasing through the ION Store, you allow, where applicable, delivery of software components to be issued via email or other forms of electronic delivery.

By purchasing through the ION store, you acknowledge acceptance of any physical deliveries by USPS, UPS, FedEX and DHL carriers.

Unless otherwise specified, orders requiring physical shipping are processed via normal ground delivery

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Forensic and data recovery items sold on the ION Store are licensed, supported and warranted by their respective manufacturer.

There is a minimum one year warrantee on all hardware items sold on the ION store. Hardware items include cables, USB Dongles, computers, write-blocking equipment and USB devices.

Investigators Anywhere staff and partners have personally validated all forensic and data recovery programs for compatibility on Windows® operating systems.

Proper use, restrictions and training on the individual forensic or data recovery solutions listed on the ION store is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

ION Store, nor the respective manufacturers, provide for return or refund of the purchased solution as a result of failure by the purchaser to be trained on the proper use and/or limitations of the program being purchased.

Because of the nature of the items sold on the ION store, refunds, returns or exchanges are issued on a case by case basis upon evaluation. Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be evaluated until documentation is provided by the client that indicates the product purchased was misinterpreted for its intended purpose or otherwise has a fault or damage confirmed by the respective manufacturer. It is up to the client to seek support first from the respective manufacturer to receive this official documentation.
